At SLO Thrift, our mission is to preserve the heart and charm of small-town thrifting. As a family-owned store, we work with passion and pride to curate timeless treasures, and create a warm, welcoming space where every visit is a fun experience and every item has a story worth continuing.

    We’re working hard each and every day and plan to open as soon as we possibly can. Stay tuned on Facebook, Instagram and www.slothrift.com for our grand opening date, sneak peeks, and special launch-week deals.

    We love our Central Coast community! We will give back by offering affordable, quality goods for everyone, partnering with other small businesses, creating local jobs, sponsoring fundraising events and giving back to various local businesses.

    Every piece has a story! We source our goods from local estate sales, community donations, private sellers and collectors, and one-of-a-kind finds from our treasure-hunting adventures.

    Absolutely! We gladly accept gently used home goods, décor, books, clothing, and more. 

    Drop-off hours are Monday–Thursday, 10 AM–2 PM. For large or estate donations, 

    call 805-439-4434 to arrange a drop-off or make pick up arrangements.

    SLO Thrift is a privately owned small business which means we are not affiliated or funded by any larger organization or entity. We do not receive any outside funding  or financial support from the government or private donations, nor do we benefit from the support of unpaid volunteer help. Everyone working in the store is hardworking and is either family or a paid local employee. Every purchase directly supports local jobs, small-business growth, and community sustainability. We look forward to opportunities to collaborate with local organizations to sponsor various fundraising programs.
